Steps to Become an Exhibitor

  1. Please review the opportunities outlined in the Sponsor/Exhibitor Kit for information about sponsoring the NEDA Conference.
  2. Complete the Exhibitor/Sponsor/Advertising Registration Form and mail or fax to NEDA, per the instructions on the form.
  3. You will receive confirmation that your booth is reserved, and you will be emailed a registration code to enter when completing your online registration for the Primary Booth Staff and Additional Booth Staff.

Conference Registration

Each exhibit booth comes with one free booth staff registration and one discounted registration. All exhibitor staff must register for the conference through a link sent by NEDA staff (do not register through the general online form).

Registration instructions:

  1. Fill out this form and submit with payment* to NEDA via any of the methods below.

  2. You will be emailed a registration link and instructions. You must register via the link sent to you.
    • Use this link to register your primary booth staff, additional staff and any other organizational staff.
